Terms & Conditions Office outsourcing services terms and conditions
a) Prior to the start of any assignment, all clients will be given an estimate of how much and how long any assignment should be. A written quote will be available on request.
b) Work will be charged at a standard hourly rate (as quoted) and payment is due *within 14 days of receipt of invoice (change as agreed). Payment may be made by cash, cheque payable to 'Helping Hands Office Services', credit/debit card or by electronic bank transfer.
c) Additional expenses such as postage, stationery and telephone costs where appropriate, will be invoiced at cost.
d) Every endeavour will be made to ensure that all completed work is error free, however responsibility for proof reading and accuracy of documents remains with the client. Any errors or omissions found within a reasonable time-scale will be corrected free of charge.
e) All incoming emails and files will be scanned for viruses, Helping Hands Office Services will not open any unsolicited emails with attachments or attachments with no messages - all email attachments must be clearly defined in the text of the email. It is the client's responsibility to also ensure that any emails and attachments are virus checked.
f) All assignments and client contact details will be treated in the strictest confidence and information is only kept for as long as is necessary. Helping Hands Office Services complies with Data Protection Act 1998.
